Products

All products offered in the store are handmade.

Due to the nature of handcrafted items, minor variations in color, texture, grain pattern, or details may occur and are considered part of the product’s uniqueness.

Prices

All prices displayed in the store include applicable taxes where required by law.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed during checkout.

Orders

Order processing begins after successful payment authorization.

If the Customer chooses payment by bank transfer, electronic payment, or payment card, the order processing time is calculated from the day the Seller receives the payment.

For custom-made projects, additional consultation may be required before production begins.

Payments are securely processed by Autopay.

Returns

Customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of non-customized products within 14 days of delivery.

Custom-made and personalized products are excluded from this right unless otherwise required by law.

Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged, the customer should contact the seller as soon as possible and provide photographic evidence of the damage.
