All items are shipped from Poland.

Products marked as “Ready to Ship” are usually dispatched within 2 business days after payment is received.

Custom-made items require prior consultation and production time depends on the complexity of the project.

Estimated production time will always be discussed before the order is confirmed.

Tracking information will be provided whenever available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services and customs procedures.

Customers located in the European Union have the right to return non-customized products within 14 days of receiving the order.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom-made and personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or significantly different from the agreed specification.
